How long does it take to build my Bay Bed mattress?
It can take anywhere from a couple of hours to 3 weeks depending on the availability of materials. On average it takes 1 week.

What should I do to extend the life of my Bay Bed mattress?
Use a mattress protector to keep it clean. Rotate the mattress head-to-foot every 6 months for even wear.

How long will my Bay Bed mattress last?
The components have different lifespans. Our pocketed coils will last 15-20 years. Latex will last 8-15 years. Poly foam will last 5-8 years.

What is the warranty on my Bay Bed mattress?
Body impressions more than 1” are covered for 10 years.

What do you use for fire retardant?
Our Bay Bed mattress made with organic wool covers are naturally fire retardant. Bay Mattresses with foam in the cover use Dacron fiber as a physical fire barrier. We don’t use chemical retardants.

I have a latex allergy. Should I be concerned?
No. For people with latex allergies, there must be direct skin/latex contact for a prolonged period to trigger the allergy response.

Will the Bay Bed mattresses work on an adjustable base?
Yes. All of our mattresses will work on an adjustable base.

Do you make the Bay Bed mattress in custom sizes?
Yes. We can make custom sizes, shapes and use custom materials.

Do you offer White Glove delivery?
Yes. We can deliver your mattress and set up the frame for a fee. Removal of your old mattress is included with delivery.

Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer free in-store financing with a 50% down payment.
